Description

Harvested at 2,100 m in the misty mountains of Sidama (southern Ethiopia), this “heirloom” Arabica is processed by the washed method to bring out a crystal-clear, silky cup. In the mouth it unfolds a fragrance of jasmine and bergamot, the citrus acidity of sweet lime and a finish of light honey with touches of black tea: qualities that have earned it a score of 88 from the SCA. Its gourmet profile is perfect for those who want floral complexity and lightness without losing sweetness.
