Description

This 100% Arabica coffee is grown at 1,900 m on Colombian mountain slopes, where fresh air and a mild mist ripen the cherries slowly, concentrating sugars and complexity. The washed process brings out its clean, silky profile: a pleasant citrus acidity reminiscent of mandarin, a sweetness of cinnamon and a chocolatey finish with a medium body. With a score of 85 from the SCA, it offers the perfect balance for those who want a versatile coffee, as bright in filter methods as in espresso. Available in 250 g and 500 g sizes so you can choose your daily dose of Colombian energy.

What else would you like to know about this coffee?

100% Colombian coffee grown at altitudes of up to 1,900 metres, where the climate and the volcanic soil produce exceptional beans. Its washed process brings out the purity of the profile in the cup, with a balanced roast that enhances its authentic character.

It has a medium body with a silky texture, bright citrus acidity and standout notes of red berries, dark chocolate and subtle floral touches. An elegant, complex cup that reflects the richness of the Colombian mountains.

Barista tip

Use filtered water with 75–125 ppm and let the coffee degas for 2 days after roasting; you will get sweeter, more stable extractions with an acidity with touches of orange. Enjoy exploring the nuances of this authentic coffee from Colombia!
