Description

Grown at 1,800 m in the mountains of Huehuetenango (Guatemala’s western highlands), this washed Arabica delivers a balanced and very clean cup. Its malic acidity, reminiscent of green apple, melts into a sweetness of caramel and panela; the body is medium and silky, and the finish brings slight hints of cocoa and toasted hazelnut. With a cupping score of 8.49 out of 10, it is a versatile origin that works as well in espresso as in filter methods.
