Description

BOUQUET is a blend of natural and washed Arabicas complemented with premium Robusta to bring out the crema and sweetness. The medium roast enhances a floral aroma reminiscent of jasmine, balanced with a medium body and a clean acidity. In the cup you will find notes of toasted walnut and mild cocoa that prolong the aftertaste. Its overall score of 8/10 confirms a “high” profile: lively, honest and balanced, made for those who want an aromatic coffee with character.

A blend of coffees from Central and South America with quality Asian Robustas. Its medium roast, just right, gives an intense aroma and flavour in which notes of wood and chocolate stand out.

Barista tip

Once the coffee is roasted, it needs to degas for 2 days after roasting, and you should use filtered water (75–125 ppm) to bring out its floral nuances and its nutty sweetness. Experiment with the grind until you find your ideal balance!
