Description

A premium blend of green tea with cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, pepper and clove that recreates authentic Indian chai: golden-yellow colour, a spiced aroma and a gentle sweetness that invites you to enjoy it on its own or with milk, “latte” style.

Suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Gluten-free, lactose-free, no added sugar and free from genetically modified organisms (No GMO). The pyramid bags are made with biodegradable nylon that respects the environment.

Ingredients

Green tea, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, pepper, clove and natural flavouring.

Directions for use

Infuse 1 pyramid bag in 200 ml of water at 90–95 °C for 3–4 min; for the traditional recipe, replace part of the water with milk and sweeten to taste

Flavour profile

A sweet, spiced opening (ginger and cinnamon), a medium body with warm notes of cardamom and clove, and a slightly peppery finish.

Benefits

The spices bring anti-inflammatory (cinnamon, ginger, clove) and digestive (cardamom, pepper) properties; the green tea adds natural antioxidants. Wellbeing and energy in a single cup!

Tips for the perfect infusion

For a creamy chai latte: boil 100 ml of water with 100 ml of milk, steep the pyramid bag for 4 min and sprinkle with cinnamon. Ideal with barista oat drink.
